What this site collects, and what we do with it.
This is a public information site for a zoning case. It's built to be read, not to track you. Here's the whole picture.
What we collect
Only what you type into the "Ask a question" form: your question, and — if you choose to provide them — your name and email. We don't set advertising cookies, we don't run third-party analytics, and we don't fingerprint your browser.
Why we collect it
So we can answer you, and so we can publish the answer on this page for other neighbors asking the same thing. Your question may be published, in whole or in part, with our answer. Your email is not published; we use it only to let you know when your question is answered.
How long we keep it
We keep submitted questions and contact details for the duration of Case Z2026-12 and a reasonable period after, so we can maintain an accurate public record of what was asked and answered.
Who sees it
A small number of people on the project team who prepare the answers. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your name or email from our records by emailing us. Once a question and answer have been published on the page, we may keep an anonymized version so the public record stays intact.
